1. INTRODUCTION

Purpose of the T&Cs: These General Terms of Use govern the access to and use of the Whats4u website, a collective of alumni associations of prestigious schools, dedicated to facilitating the professional development of alumni.

Acceptance of the T&Cs: By using the Whats4u website, the user accepts these T&Cs in their entirety. If the user disagrees with any part or all of the T&Cs, they must refrain from using the site.

2. ACCESS TO THE SITE

Users: Access to the site is open to all. However, the creation of accounts is reserved for recruiters for the posting of job offers.

Site Availability: The collective strives to ensure 24/7 access to the site, but is not obliged to guarantee its availability.

3. RECRUITER ACCOUNTS

Account Creation: Recruiters must provide accurate and up-to-date information when creating their account.

Account Responsibility: Each recruiter is responsible for the security and usage of their account.

4. JOB OFFERS

Publication: Recruiters can publish job offers that will be shared on the job boards of member associations.

Content of Offers: Offers must not contain illegal, discriminatory, or unethical content.

5. NEWSLETTER

Subscription: Users can subscribe to an alumni or recruiter newsletter by providing their name, surname, and email.

Unsubscription: Users can unsubscribe at any time via a link provided in each newsletter.

6. SITE CONTENT

Content Ownership: The content published on Whats4u, including blog articles, is the property of the collective or its contributors.

Use of Content: Content may not be used or reproduced without prior permission from the collective.

7. LIABILITY

Limitation of Liability: Whats4u cannot be held responsible for direct or indirect damages caused by the use of the site.

8. PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION (GDPR)

Data Collection and Use: Whats4u undertakes to comply with the principles of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Personal data collected (name, surname, email for newsletters and recruiter accounts) is used for the purpose of providing site services and will not be used for purposes not provided for in these T&Cs.

Right of Access, Rectification, and Deletion: In accordance with the GDPR, users have the right to access their personal data, request its rectification, or deletion. To exercise these rights, users can contact Whats4u at contact@whats4u.org.

Data Security: Whats4u undertakes to implement appropriate security measures to protect personal data against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction.

9. COOKIE POLICY

Use of Cookies: Whats4u uses cookies necessary for the proper functioning of the site. These cookies are not used to track user activities or collect personal data beyond what is strictly necessary for the provision of the service.

10. MODIFICATION OF T&Cs

Right to Modify: Whats4u reserves the right to modify the T&Cs at any time. Modifications will take effect upon their publication on the site.

Applicable Law: These T&Cs are governed by French law.

Dispute Resolution: Any dispute relating to the use of the site is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of French courts.
